Right now, we’re available in Austin, Texas. We’re starting small, working with local nonprofits, and keeping things personal—but we plan to expand beyond Austin in the future. Want Adios in your city? Drop us a line.

We sort through all Adios'd items at our warehouse, and decide the best path for each, prioritizing reuse in the local community—anything else will get recycled or ethically disposed of.

Check out our TOS for more information. You waive ownership of anything given to us after your pickup. This means we make the final call on what to do with each item.

From oddly shaped furniture to dead houseplants to large electronics. Snap a picture and text it to your Adios Concierge—we’ll give you an upfront quote on what any add‑ons will cost based on weight and effort. Add-on pickups start at $79.

When you’re ready, text us to schedule pickup, then leave your bag(s) outside. We’ll pick them up, along with any add-ons, and sort each item at our warehouse to find the best path: be it reuse, repurposing, or recycling.
